To initiate return, please email us with your request and a description of the issue, and we will provide a return label for your convenience. Once we receive your returned product we will process the refund. Please be advised that products cannot be returned due to customer negligence or personal preferences related to, texture, taste, or potency.

 

For items that are broken or malfunctioning, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate the return process; we will send a replacement at no additional cost upon receiving the returned item.

 

Additionally, returns may be made at our store locations with proof of purchase.
